Byerlee Design Studio

Housed within the original framework of a modest warehouse, the new Byerlee Design Studio strikes a balance between robust materiality and refined detail. Drawing from elements of Brutalist architecture, deep tonal materials are layered with natural textures and softened by an abundance of diffused light. On the lower level, a rich, grounded palette defines the kitchen, lounge, and private car space, complemented by tactile finishes, ambient lighting, and soft greenery.
A steel-framed staircase ascends to the mezzanine above, where a series of skylights have been seamlessly integrated into the exposed ceiling, bathing the open-plan workspace and boardroom in natural light. Every detail has been carefully considered to support and elevate the creative process. There’s a rhythm to how the space reveals itself, quiet, confident, and full of moments that encourage focus, connection, and inspiration.

Project Award | Norwood Family Practise

We’re excited to announce that construction is about to begin on the Norwood Family Practice project.

The Elite team will be updating this 1915 villa with a two-storey addition to the rear, creating a space that’s both welcoming and functional for the community. The project also includes new landscaping to elevate the street appeal, improved accessibility for all, and the addition of onsite parking.

Completion is expected in 2026, and we look forward to sharing the journey along the way.
