N°25 Grenfell St Speculative Suites

Located on level 1 Grenfell Street, a series of Spec Suites are on display, each boasting a distinct look and feel, setting an example of how carefully curated design can add value to a commercial asset. The suites’ design exudes a sense of playfulness showcased through arches and curves at unexpected intervals within each tenancy.
The layout and design of each suite promote ease of functionality, catering to various working requirements executed through open plan spaces, meeting rooms, quiet rooms, collaborative and breakout areas.
